January 2013 – 6 month Barrel Aged Imperial Tanilla – This beer will be available in 22 fl oz bottles (very limited) and (very, very limited draft).

February 2013 – Did someone say Belgian?  This months MEPS is our well known Hoptologist fermented with a Belgian yeast aka Belgo Hoptologist.

Belgo Hoptologist Beer Description:

Belgo-Hoptologist is brewed with Citra, Columbus and Cascade hops which give this American Belgo Style IPA enormous hop aromas of American pine & grapefruit and eccentric fruit and phenols flavors from the Belgian yeast.

Other Releases During the month of February:

Collaboration Brew with Boulder Beer Company – Rye IPA – Draft only in Northern California or at the Boulder Beer Company pub.

Collaboration Brew with Track 7 Brewing Company – Belgian DIPA – A Belgian Imperial India Pale Ale brewed with all Belgium Malts, Belgian Yeast, but hopped up with all Pacific Northwest hops West Coast Style. Available in 22 fl oz Bottles and Draft at exclusive retail locations.

March 2013 – Knee Deep will be releasing a really big Imperial IPA, we’re talking HUGE.  So big, that we are wondering if its still an IPA.  Specs: 15.5 % ABV, 138 IBU’s.  This will be big and will be a rotating beer throughout the year. (Beer will have limited distribution) UPDATE: First beer of the Extreme Beer Series will be relased during the first week of March 2013.  Hopoholic 4x IPA set to release in draft and bottles to soon follow.

June 2013 – Our Brewmaster aka The Hoptologist is releasing another 3xIPA at the Truckee Optimist Brewfest in Truckee, CA on June 8th.  This one is focused on the hop varietal Amarillo and clocks in at 11% + ABV with exploding tropical, floral and citrus notes.  If your a fan of our Simtra or Hop Shortage 3xIPA’s you’ll love this one.  Will be available on draft only during the month of July.  Bottles to follow in August/September.

July 2013 - Cali Classic American Pale Ale – Cali Classic is brewed with Cascade and Centennial hops and does not lack in aroma.  Our version of a West Coast Pale Ale.  6.5% ABV.

August 2013 – Gimme A Second Wheat IPA – Our July MEPS is a 7% ABV Wheat IPA brewed with wheat malts and hopped up with Centennial, Cascade, Chinook and Amarillo hops.  Will be released by end of July 2013 and will be draft only.
